Learning Goals and Success Criteria

Learning goals are directly connected to curriculum expectations and expressed and discussed in language that students can understand. The success criteria, what it will look like/sound like/feel like to reach the learning goal, is ideally co-created with students when possible and should be flexible enough to incorporate additional success criteria that may emerge during the learning. The learning goals and success criteria have also been created and can be found as a flyout tab at the right in each learning activity. It is recommended, though, that teachers set up a discussion in each activity with their students for the purpose of this co-creative process. For this reason, they have been included in the learning activities as suggestions only.
